25 years wide experience as a cookery writer and editor on national women's magazines, including BBC Good Food, Women’s Weekly, Best, and Home And Freezer Digest, has given me the opportunity to work in all aspects of creative recipe and food feature writing. I have planned, researched and written editorial features, as well as handling practical recipe testing and food styling for photography.

My development work for commercial clients includes Whitworth's, Ross Foods, California Raisins, Billington’s Sugars, plus styling for Sainsbury and Tesco.

My recipes are always easy to read and understand, with ingredients and equipment listed in order of use and any difficult points clearly described.
